Questions & Answers about the new Ticket-Onlineshop
- What are your options for ordering tickets:
1. Recharge an existing ticket (keycard): an existing ticket (keycard) is rechargable online using the data serial number on the back - the ticket is then valid after a few minutes
2. e-Ticket* - after booking, you will receive a conformation mail with a QR code. Simply go through the ticket turnstile with the QR code (printed or directly on your mobile phone). Please note: our devices are not able to read the QR code when your phone is on dark mode.
3. Order ticket by mail - ticket will be sent automatically to your address
*Exception is the Salzkammergut summit ticket! Since this is a special ticket for several locations, it is necessary to redeem the QR code received in a valid ticket at the cashier once.
- How long will it take to get my ticket if I have it sent to me by post?
The keycard is shipped from Austria on every business day (except holidays). The delievery within Austria takes between 2-4 business days, europe-wide it varies a bit and takes between 4-7 business days.
- What payment options do I have with starjack?
Starjack accepts credit cards (VISA / Mastercard) and instant bank transfer (Klarna).
- Can an old existing Keycard be used for ticket booking?
'Yes! Your keycard has a serial number on the back (starting with 01 ....), which you can use anytime to load the ticket you wish to purchase.
- Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, you will receive both a booking and a top-up confirmation by e-mail. You can use the QR code in the confirmation e-mail directly as an e-ticket and go through the ticket turnstile with it.
