Conditions of participation:

Eligibility to participate
The painting competition is open to all children up to the age of 14 who wish to participate from 11.07.2025 to 16.11.2025. Please do not add a personal photo to the picture.

Competition period
The competition runs from 11.07.2025 to 16.11.2025. The winners will be selected by a jury and announced online in the course of November 2025.

Participation process
A coloring template can either be downloaded online or taken on site. After coloring, the field must be filled in completely with name and address. The finished work can be submitted directly by email (info@gruenberg.info with the subject “Painting competition”) or handed in on site.

Prizes
There are 3 main prizes and 10 additional prizes to be won. The winners will be announced online via our social media channels and website during the course of November and notified by us. The prizes will then be sent to the winners by post. The prizes will only be sent within Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Consent to publication
By taking part in the competition, participants or the legal guardians of underage participants agree that selected works and the first names of participants may be published online.
Personal data (surname, address, e-mail) will not be published and will only be used for the purposes of the competition.
By participating in the painting competition, the winners or their legal guardians agree that they may be named online and publicly by their first name if they win.

Data protection
Participants' personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the competition and sending out the prizes. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash redemption or exchange for another prize or transfer of the prize to a third party is not possible.
