Opening hours

It starts on 27 November 2025, and anyone who doesn't want to miss this experience should make a note of the date. Because the magic of lights on the Grünberg can only be experienced until 11 January 2026.

During this period, the Salzkammergut treetop walk is always open and illuminated from Thursday to Sunday from around 1 pm to 8 pm, with the last admission at 7 pm. During the Christmas holidays, the Magic of Lights can be experienced every day, with the exception of the Christmas holidays (24, 25 December) and New Year's Eve (31 December). During the opening days of the Magic of Lights, the Grünberg cable car takes you up and down the mountain between 12:30 pm and 20:30 pm. The regular treetop walk admission prices apply to the Magic of Lights at no extra charge.
