The hike on the picturesque Grünberg offers not only the opportunity to enjoy nature, but also direct access to medical expertise from Dr. Dominik Bammer, doctor and Managing Director of SALVIDA.

The SALVIDA specialist program combines active exercise in nature with individual support and science-based knowledge. Participants are helped to develop their full potential and improve their own health in the long term. Together, they are offered an unforgettable experience of health promotion.

Key data

  • Meeting point: 10:00 a.m. at the moutain station

  • Duration: approx. 2 hours

  • Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month (April to early November)

  • A leisurely walk together + discussion between the SALVIDA therapists and doctors and the participants

  • Optionally with a healthy lunch in the Grünbergalm
