An unforgettable evening high above Gmunden with an exclusive wine tasting and a breathtaking sunset at Grünberg.

A very special experience is offered in partnership with the Salzkammergut treetop walk. During a relaxed wine tasting, selected wines are enjoyed while the sun sinks behind the mountains and bathes the landscape in golden light.

The perfect end to a day to relax in style surrounded by nature and with a stunning view.

A ticket for the ascent and descent with the admission to the treetop walk is required for participation and is available online.
The wine tasting at the treetop walk does not have to be purchased separately - a contribution towards expenses of 6 € per person is charged on site.

In the case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled for September 6, 2025, so that the experience is guaranteed to take place.

    You should allow about 1 hour to visit the trail.

  • Is the treetop walk accessible with a pushchair or wheelchair?
    Yes, the treetop walk is low barrier and with a maximum gradient of 6% accessible with assistive equipment - nothing stands in the way of your mountain experience with limited mobility!

  • What do I do with my dog during my visit to the treetop walk?
    Pets are not allowed on the treetop walk. Dog boxes with drinking water are available near the entrance area.

  • Is the use of the tunnel slide included in the ticket price?
    No, tickets for the tunnel slide are available at the treetop walk ticket office on the Grünberg. Ticket slide = € 2.00 per ride (from 6 years).

  • Is the treetop walk open in all weathers?
