Questions & Answers about the new Ticket-Onlineshop
- What are your options for ordering tickets:
After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and a booking confirmation with a QR code by e-mail. This QR code is your ticket! Simply go through the ticket turnstile with the QR code in printed form or directly from your mobile phone. Please note: Our devices are not able to read the QR code when your phone is on dark mode.
Exception is the Salzkammergut summit ticket! Since this is a special ticket for several locations, it is necessary to redeem the QR code received once in a valid ticket at the cashier.
If you are still in possession of a starjack keycard, you can recharge it via the online shop. To do this, enter the 23-digit keycard number, which you find on the back of your keycard (starting with 01-), and your keycard will be topped up with the selected product.
If you buy a new keycard, it will be sent to you by mail. Please note the postal route of 2-4 business days within Austria, Europe-wide it varies a little and takes between 4-7 business days. Since the keycards are sent individually, they can arrive on different days. A fee of €5,40 will be charged for sending the keycard.
- How long will it take to get my ticket if I have it sent to me by post?
The keycard is shipped from Austria on every business day (except holidays). The delivery within Austria takes between 2-4 business days, Europe-wide it varies a bit and takes between 4-7 business days. Since the keycards are shipped individually, they can arrive on different days. A fee of €5,40 will be charged for sending the keycard.
- What payment options do I have with starjack?
Starjack accepts credit cards (VISA / Mastercard) and instant bank transfer (Klarna).
- Can an old existing Keycard be used for ticket booking?
Yes! Your keycard has a serial number on the back (starting with 01 ....), which you can use anytime to load the ticket you wish to purchase.
- Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, immediately after completing your order, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail. A few minutes later, you will receive a second e-mail with the booking confirmation (confirmation that the ticket has been loaded onto your keycard or eTicket with QR code).
If you have not yet received your keycard by post or have forgotten it, you can show your booking confirmation (authorization number of the ticket) at the ticket office on site and receive a replacement ticket (keycard deposit € 2.00)
